Unitech Computer Systems in Hong Kong is helping the Electronic Design Technology Training Center (EDTTC) of Vocational Training Council (VTC) to move into the arena of Internet-based learning. It is supplying the necessary hardware, software and a full range of services from system integration and installation to training and maintenance, for the EDTTC to establish a Continuous Learning Center (CLC).
