Advanced traffic control equipment on network backbone from Unitech and Alteon

Unitech and Alteon held the first technology seminar about layer 4 switching in mainland China early March. Alteon's high-performance layer 4 switches are built with advanced server load balancing and traffic redirection functions, able to optimize traffic flow, improve server performance, speed up network response, and solve bandwidth problem that is the major headache of the Post and Telecom. The products are now widely adopted by major ISPs, and the Post and Telecom and Finance sectors in many provinces. |
